  I rate the stay positively. The apartment had everything we needed, including a sofa bed so we could sleep separately, a

  Liked: Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Quiet and peaceful area. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

  Disliked: It would be nice to have more toilet paper and smaller pillows. The furniture and equipment are a bit old and worn, but acceptable considering the price. There was a lot of light coming from the street through the large windows — curtains would be great. The shower hose should be replaced, and a small mat in front of the shower would be useful. The check-in was a bit chaotic — I had to call via WhatsApp, but the lady arrived quickly and, even though she didn’t speak English, she tried her best using a translator, so it was fine in the end.

  Disliked: The pictures and the address are misleading. The place doesn’t look like it is advertised. First, poor service as we were left waiting 45’ for collecting the keys. You collect the keys in a different address from the reservation. So be aware it is the wrong location if you looked the property up on google. When they guide you the the correct address you will face that it is not an apartment/flat, it is an office that has been remodelled as an accommodation to say the least. The property’s sort of living room entrance leads straight to the street. It does not feel safe. It’s poorly maintained and clean. WE EVEN HAD ROOMMATES, COCKROACHES!!! It has a lot of light going through the entrance, adding how noisy it is, it makes it uncomfortable during the night. There is an office upstairs so you will hear a lot of noise from people going in and out. The place smells of damp. Thanks God, we only stayed one night otherwise we would have been forced to find another accommodation. Plus, not value for money. Very expensive for such an appalling place.
