Very good
Excellent place to stay overnight in Santander in a very nice area
Liked: The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent for bars & restaurants.
Disliked: Our room was too dark which made it difficult to see to do anything!
Nice Hotel spoiled by a tiny car park and no facilities for pets
Liked: Comfortable room, especially the bed. Bathroom was well equipped and clean with lovely hot water.
Disliked: Unfortunately our stay was spoiled because I couldn't park in the Hotel Car park. The spaces are just too small for todays modern cars. Also, we travelled with our dog and although the hotel accepts pets they do not cater for pets very well. There is no place in the Dining area where we our pet was accepted so we couldn't have breakfast in the hotel.
Liked: The staff are incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The restaurant was shut in August Room could have been cleaner lots of obvious dusting and cleaning missed

Liked: This was a great spot close to many restaurants and the waterfront. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to park onsite for a fee. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Please note that the snack bar hours are from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 14:30 and 19:00 to 23:00. From Friday to Sunday, and holidays as well, it is open from 10:00 to 14:30. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
