Fabulous
Good apartment with easily fixable maintenance issues
Liked: Large apartment, clean, good WiFi, good location, lots of bus choices very near by, very well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: The pillows in the room with a double bed were awful. Hard and lumpy. Strangest pillows me and my wife have ever experienced. A few maintenance issues. Light bulbs gone, toilet roll holder hanging off the wall, toilet seat loose, smell or drains in first bathroom. Only shower gel and shampoo in one of the 2 bathrooms. The apartment did not respond to any of my messages prior to arrival. I did get the necessary instructions before arrival, but no response to my request for any early check in.
Liked: Excellent apartment, perfect location, very good interaction with host. I would highly recommend!
No venir en verano sin aire acondicionado
Liked: Es exactamente igual que en la fotos. Salvo el uso normal. El sofá está sucio. Los baños huelen y las paredes están marcadas de golpes. Pero es llevadero.
Disliked: La casa tiene 7 grados más que en la calle y la humedad se encierra. Para poder estar en el apartamento hay que abrir la puerta de la calle y la ventana principal que da a la calle Vargas por lo que el ruido hace que la televisión tengas que ponerla a un volumen de 80. Lo peor es que esto ya ha sido mencionado a los propietarios y la solución desde hace dos años es poner dos ventiladores que claramente son insuficientes. Esto ya no es un tema puntual de clima. La experiencia es pésima sin aire acondicionado.
Liked: Amplio y luminoso
Disliked: Ruido desde la calle durante la noche y durante el dia, corta el descanso. Sin persianas. Baños con escalón (peligroso por la noche). TV del dormitorio no operativa. Sin papel higiénico, ni geles o champús.
Nice place but not well equipped
Liked: The design was very nice, all very modern and spacious. Luminous and very well located. Nice bathrooms, plenty hot water and a great shower. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Considering how nice the apartment is, it is a real shame that it is not better equipped with few essentials a travelling family needs. The kitchen was missing a cloth, a hand towel, a bread knife. We had to go out and buy. No kettle, no coffee. Not a drop of drinking water in the fridge. No rubbish bin in either of the bathrooms. The sofa was a bit grubby.
