Confortable but not a nice place
Disliked: No elevator. Narrow stairs. The bathroom power outlets did not work, making it impossible to use a hair dryer
Would not recommend
Disliked: It was a very cold apartment, no heating controls visible. Only the very bare minimum was provided. The bed clothes were very poor quality and very thin and no extra blankets were provided. There was no kettle and a lack of kitchen utensils. It was not possible to cook or prepare food with the few kitchen utensils given. The sofa, dining chairs and towels were stained and not very clean. It was a very dark apartment. One lamp on the bedside did not have a light bulb. There was not much storage space, in one bedroom there was no storage space. The clothes drying hanger outside the window was broken and could not be used. Very poor value for money. Definitely would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues as there is no lift and the stairs are steep.

Very nice, clean and comfortable
Liked: Very good location and the host is super quick to answer to help with any issue (even if it's late, thank you so much!). Check-in without a person is very easy and comfortable. The second floor (3d if you're not from the EU) is also good when you are with heavy luggage. Plenty of space in the apartment nice bed in the master bedroom. We lacked the teapot (we do love tea a lot), but there was a pot so we used it instead without a problem. All devices work well, have good water pressure and heat, very clean overall.
Disliked: There were two situations with a key/door: the first one the host resolved by his own means (the key was stuck in the lock from the inside) and the second (we accidentally locked the door with the key inside) we had to pay for the emergency service to open the door. Perhaps it's alright (although I'm sure it's included in the insurance of the property), just be aware of it and do not leave the key in the lock:)
