Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Nice bed nice room Really nice personnel. Really clean spaces Near station and city center
Disliked: No boiler.
Liked: Functional, convenient property just across from the bus station. Online check-in and clear instructions on access. I was only there one night and was a good place to stay to access central Santandar.
I wouldn't book again the single room there
Liked: Location - very close to the bus station, clean and modern bathroom
Disliked: The single room is super small, there is no light and air at all. A fan doesn't do much good, and I was there in September, cannot imagine how is it during the hotter days...
great location and comfy
Liked: Great location of you are traveling by bus to multiple cities, it is pretty close to the city center and the staff is pretty friendly. They do store luggage if you arrive before the check in time and even move it to your room for you when your room is ready
Disliked: It is on a busy street so it can be noisy at night
Disappointing
Liked: Location excellent, near ferry, sights, cafés, shops etc. Good bathroom. Coffee machine and small fridge in room.
Disliked: My fault - I thought on booking this was a hotel as text was unclear. It is just rooms, no staff, no services. Very noisy, guests coming and going all night talking loudly (national holiday weekend), plumbing noisy, construction work noisy. Had to keep shutter closed on only window onto dirty interior courtyard, like being in prison cell. Before arrival received Whats App apparently from Plaza asking for financial details. suspected scam and contacted Plaza, who refused to tell me if they had sent message and told me to contact WhatsApp. Very unhelpful. Turned out it was a scam. Really disappointing experience for me overall but for basic stay in central location might be fine for someone else.
Liked: Very close to bus station and the room had a fan.
Disliked: Room was a bit small but adequate.
