Guest reviews
Good
Poor communication and expectations above a normal holiday let for the client to sort laundry
Liked: Well located flat
Disliked: As its a entresuelo it is dark. Unclean sheets, no change of bedding or towels available in 2 weeks and expected to have washed the sheets and towels ourselves before leaving, with an early check out at 10 am despite paying a cleaning fee. The deposit for the Keys has not been returned to my knowledge yet - with a statement that if towels or bedding was dirty it would not be returned. ( the day before leaving). There was building work going on above that the host would have known about ( permission have to be asked in spain to do any kind of building work to the residents of a flat block by law) and this started at 0745 every morning Monday to saturday. We were not informed and it really disrupted our ability to relax and enjoy. Whilst eating breakfast one morning there was a leaked from the ceiling in the kitchen that soaked the chairs. All that was done was that it was acknowledged and that a painter would come after we left.
