Love Toledo but we won’t stay at the Hacienda again

Disliked: Staff not very interested in assisting with issues our room was very warm both days we stayed staff not very concerned with fixing it at one point reminded us that it was pretty warm outside there was no where to get food on Sunday afternoon or night. The new Hacienda is a long way from being the Hostal del Cardenas

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great location for exploring the old town close to everything. Incredibly comfortable bed! We will definitely be back.
Absolutely gorgeous, but not for people with mobility issues
Liked: The property is absolutely beautiful and well located. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and have great showers. The restaurant serves delicious meals. The breakfast was great, with lots of options.
Disliked: The property is a maze! The signs are confusing and often not clearly visible and the numeration of the rooms is confusing. I wanted to contact the front desk and there were no signs with the number anywhere! I had to go all the way to the front desk to get information. It isn’t very accessible for people with mobility issues and my parents had a difficult time finding their way around the buildings. Also, once the restaurant is closed, you can’t even get a cup of coffee on the premises.
