  A hidden gem! Keep it as it is!

  Liked: It was a memorable stay. Everything about the hotel and the region is beautiful. Friendly staff, great food for breakfast and dinner, the room is so nice, the spa is perfect on a rainy day. Would love to come back!

  Very good hotel with attentive staff and good facilities

  Liked: A lovely building and very well fitted out as a hotel. Food was good and staff attentive

  Disliked: The only downside was that the boilers failed and there was only tepid water in the morning

  Beautiful and relaxing experience

  Liked: Beautiful hotel, very relaxing, clean and comfy. The thermal treatment is amazing, the massage excellent, facilities very nice.

  Disliked: Not yet a five-star hotel. Service in dining facilitéis needs to be improved immensely. Staff needs to be trained, especially listening to what the customer is requesting.

  Great Hotel, Restaurant and facilities, let down when an issue arose,,,, poor customer relations

  Liked: We enjoyed the Spa Facilities and the Coverso Restaurant and the ambience of the hotel. Staff were friendly particularly Hugo who showed us to our room and assisted with luggage. Martin in Converso restaurant was also excellent

  Disliked: We had to endure a very bad sewage smell in Room 162 the first night which took over 1.5hrs to resolve the next morning by moving us to the smallest room 155. This room was also the furthest to walk from reception and the spa. There was no gesture of compensation for this inconvenience, but we did pay the correct rate for the smaller room. On checking out Jimena said she would investigate what had happened despite the fact it was now 24hrs after the issue arose. i was advised that the hotel director would be in touch on Saturday 12th September but as yet no contact. this is very poor customer relations and reflects an insincerity in their approach. In summary great property and facilities let down by poor management when an issue arose

Good to know

Children under 12 years of age can use the thermal pool during 9-11 AM, and 15-17 PM.

You can choose the first shift in the morning or the first shift in the afternoon. Check with the hotel the schedule according to season.

Children under 12 years old have a supplement of €80 for breakfast and access to the thermal pool.

If your reservation includes a thermal pool or restaurant services, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance.

If not included in the rate, the supplement to access the thermal pools is €48 per adult per day.

For December 24 and 31, the only rates available are the Special Offers that include a gala dinner. For more information on children's menus and supplements, please check with the hotel.
