Exceptional
Very good location for buses and train
Liked: Location
Disliked: Hotel needs updating specially the carpets and flooring very old. The beds not very comfortable
Liked: Great location in Annecy with some fantastic amenities in the immediate area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious.
The Most Convenient and Affordable Base for Us
Liked: The hotel was completely as expected. Super close to the train station, you can see it from the front door. 5-10 minute walk to old town. The hotel has a flight of stairs from ground floor to reception so just be aware of that. Then a snug lift to the other floors from there. And by snug I mean just probably 1 person. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom looked brand new. Breakfast was lovely and affordable. The staff were sweet. It is what it says it is and was a perfect and convenient base for us on this trip. Annecy itself is amazing and will be back as soon as we can.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Was as expected
Liked: Location, air conditioning, comfort
Disliked: No lift from ground floor to first floor
Great location and staff - if you can ignore the carpets!
Liked: Location and staff were excellent. Good VFM breakfast
Disliked: The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller. The worst thing is the carpet throughout the hotel which looks filthy.
