Locked out in the rain
Liked: Arrived late. Website tells you that check in is 24 hours. However the check in is done by a computer outside the hotel. I was stuck outside in the rain and told that my room wasn’t ready. I called the help desk and they took a long time trying to contact management to get it all resolved. At the end I gave the check in prompt a 1 star, and the agent on the other end who was still connected to the screen gave themselves a 3/5 star sneakily right before disconnecting and closing the window. The room itself was tiiiiiny and the toilet smelled of sewage. Front desk was friendly. Foyer was big and bright and clean looking.
