Guest reviews
Liked: nice space, cleverly used, and well-furnished. perfect central location, and easy and helpful communication with the staff and concierge.
Disliked: only small negative is that the restaurant downstairs can be a bit loud at night (people eating outside), despite the good sound insulation of the windows.
Masterpiece! ❤️
Liked: Amazing everything! This is a masterpiece and a great price for the value. Location, interior, equipment…, everything is perfect!
I got the host to amend her listing for accuracy, but she threatened police on me to get there
Liked: The apartment itself was attractive and comfortable, and the old town location is decent. We liked the unit we were given.
Disliked: The listing is not the apartment. The photographs are a composite drawn from three or four separate units in the building, presented as one property — the primary listing photo is a different apartment across the hall. The listing advertised private parking, breakfast, sea view and a balcony. We received none of the four. Parking was a public car park at €140 cash for the stay. When I raised this politely and in writing on the day of arrival, the host’s response was to tell me she had asked Booking.com to cancel our stay the following morning and that she would be contacting the police. My wife spent that night packing. Booking.com reviewed the case for three weeks, acknowledged in writing that they could see the discrepancies, and declined to do anything. The listing has since been quietly amended — private parking, sea view and balcony have all been removed from it.
It was a really lovely place to stay and the team are working hard to make everything exceptional for their guests
Liked: The apartment was in a fantastic location. Close to the beach, harbour, restaurants and bars. It had everything you could need and more. Very spacious and luxurious. The team were very accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond.
Disliked: Nothing not to like!
Excellent
Liked: We stayed here in August and absolutely loved it. It’s one of those places where you feel lucky to be staying from the moment you arrive. The location is wonderful—right in the heart of Antibes, with cafés and the life of the town just outside your door. We loved stepping out and being in the middle of everything. The apartment itself was even better than we’d hoped: spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and clearly cared for. We wanted to explore as much of Antibes as possible, but we also found ourselves looking forward to coming back and simply enjoying the apartment. It felt like a home we could settle into, rather than just somewhere to sleep. Claude made us feel so welcome, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We left already talking about coming back with friends—such a lovely space deserves to be shared. Thank you, Claude, for a stay we’ll remember so fondly!
Liked: Just wonderful. A beautiful restoration of an old Antibes building, with fixtures and fittings of the very highest quality. It’s also right in the heart of the old town. Absolutely fantastic and a genuinely happy and helpful host. We loved it and heartily recommend it.
