  We have stayed here a number of times, and plan to make yet another return

  Liked: My disabled wife loved the room. Ample space and well laid out facilities pleased her. Industrious and polite friendly staff. Food was of a good quality. We enjoyed the food and wine. I can get Calvados there, a big bonus for me. Clean room and good disabled parking. Door step attractions, the view to the rear of the property onto what I perceive to be, the most delightful cathedral in France. Many attractions further afield. This part of Normandy is steeped in history from the medieval period to the second world war.

  Disliked: Leaving to go home and not being able to spend more time and money in the souvenir shop opposite the tourist office. A wonderfully polite lady with great knowledge of the city. She spent the time helping me discover who the artist was that painted the well known Lace making ladies of Bayeux, and informed me that the original is in the MHAB museum alongside the Cathedral entrance. Many thanks to the charming lady of Bayeux.

  Have stayed with you before and always enjoy it

  Liked: Good variety of food available for breakfast buffet, excellent coffee. Excellent central loction - God for touring.

  Liked: Shutters instead of blinds. During the day it was dark but at night it was not. Light outside (old style motel) made it light all night. Room was comfortable just dated. Easy to walk to old town but not walker friendly - walk through the car park and limited lighting on the road leading to the hotel has no lighting. Breakfast was average by French standards.
