As visitors we need more help in English. Otherwise is was very nice

Liked: The location and room was large.

Disliked: We were surprised how little the desk staff knew about resources. We asked for recommendations for massages and restaurants and they had no ideas. The front desk clerk did not speak English.

  Great 👍

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very cozy. Great breakfast with lots of choices and delicious homemade cakes and pastries. On a quite street but walking distance to everywhere including the train station. We would recommend and definitely stay there again.

  Liked: Room was fine

Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work, and although I had stupidly booked two nights instead of one, there was no sort of sympathy or goodwill, inspite of the air conditioning not working

Liked: Only plus point is the location

Disliked: Air con didn't work. Accidentally booked two nights. A refund for the second night wasn't even considered.
