  Convenient american style chain hotel (more 3 stars than 4)

  Liked: Easy to visit the D-Day sites from there. Free large parking lot. Breakfast buffet was fairly nice. It was good to have the option to eat dinner at their restaurant after a full day of sightseeing

  Disliked: Not a 4-star hotel, it looks and feels more like a mid-range American chain hotel. It was clean enough but not super clean (there were hair on the bathroom wall behind the door), the beds were not properly re-made everyday.

  Comfortable hotel with good amenities

  Liked: Good spacious room and double bed. Excellent restaurant albeit menu a little limited. Friendly and helpful staff. Located just off the Bayeux ring road the hotel enjoys a sylvan setting, with its own swimming pool and ample above ground free parking. The hotel is only about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bayeux.

  Disliked: Nothing really stands out.

  Good location and clean rooms air con worked well

  Liked: Clean and good location

  Disliked: Breakfast lacked choice and fruit. No egg station. TV had no english language news channels and was not a smart TV so could not log into my various streaming accounts - very old fashioned.

  Overpriced, over-used, needs to be updated, but why would they turn off the cash cow?

  Disliked: This hotel is intended for tour groups wanting budget accommodations. The room was cramped, poorly cleaned and maintained, and had a weird solo WC that was so small, you could barely close the door to fit inside. The slippery shower, obviously retrofitted at some point, was raised six inches above the bathroom floor. There were no safety grab bars in the shower or to help with stepping down. The plugs were hidden behind a desk; the coffee service consisted of an electric bubbler and a packet or two of powdered coffee. We paid around US$500/night for this room. This was clearly a cash cow for Accord, which has many wonderful hotels. We trusted its reputation in booking this venue, but it was a bitter disappointment.

  Really good stay. Beds extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Very clean

  Liked: The situation was good. Although about 20 minute walk into town, it was easy to drive to the d day beaches
