Wonderful place for family holidays with teen and adult kid
Liked: Great view from apartment, we could walk around for beach, snorkling, shopping and panoramic views. Wonderful host ready to help out and super service minded. We loved it, all of us.
Fantastic and great for a family
Liked: Great location. Modern apartment. The view on the sea is great from the terrace, which we enjoyed over breakfast and dinners. There is on-site parking (although limited number of spots and first come first serve...). Dominique greeted us, explained how everything worked, and was really responsive every time we had questions (over phone). THank you so much, Dominique. We hope to come back soon!
Disliked: The AC makes noise every 5-10sec. It is obviously not an issue during the day, but if you plan on keeping the A/C on at night, it makes it tough to sleep.
Liked: It was in a beautiful spot, close to Nice and close to a small little beach. Dominique was a gracious host and made sure we are comfortable. The appartment has two AC's that easily make the whole appartment pleasant. There is enough space to not be in each others hair and a fully equiped kitchen to cook and an amazing terras.
Disliked: There really is nothing to complain about other than that one room is rather small with no AC, but that is clear from the pictures and description
Liked: Breakfast is not included. The view of balcony can see the bay. Someone displaced firework at the bay. There is many cooking facilities in the kitchen therefore we coked by ourselves for two evening.
Disliked: Ventilation of the toilet is not good. No air-con nor the view for the secondary room.
Perfect stay in a beautiful location!
Liked: We loved everything about this property: the location, the space, the view, the beds, and the outdoor area. Our host, Dominique, warmly welcomed us, and check-in was quick and smooth. We enjoyed a four-night stay in this apartment as a family of four and would love to book it again in the future, especially because of its perfect location in the heart of the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Beaulieu-sur-Mer area.
Disliked: Nothing.
Great stay
Liked: Clean great location. We were delayed 10 hrs and didn't get to the property till 2 am. Dominic was kind enough to wait for us he answered any questions we had and gave us great advice on surrounding local cafes. We were very grateful. Thanknyou Dominic.
Disliked: Every thing.
