  Perfect location

  Liked: We have stayed at this location previously, it is an ideal location between the old town in Villefranche and Beulieu. Very quite with a great pool and very helpful reception.

  Great location, ok facilities

  Liked: Wonderful location next to a beach, promenade to Villefranche, and conveniently connected by buses

  Disliked: The pool was technically closed during early October when we visited, the room was quite small and the bathroom smell stagnant, we had a lot of trouble with locking the door, and the staffing hours at reception were extremely limited. Our room was on the first level and the WiFi and phone service was very limited.

  Liked: The sea view from the room was great. The short walk from floor -3 of the complex to the steps to the beach. The pool was also fantastic with plenty of beds throughout the day. The rooms were small, but we'll equipped for self catering.

  Disliked: Was surprised to learn that we had to pay for the pool beds each day, even though we were staying in complex. It's common in villefranche to have open access to pool on a paid basis, but never saw it for residents.

Reception opening hours are Monday 09:00–12:00 and 15:00–19:00, Tuesday 09:00–12:00 and 15:00–19:00, Wednesday closed, Thursday 09:00–12:00 and 16:00–19:00, Friday 09:00–12:00 and 15:00–19:00, Saturday 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–19:00, and Sunday closed. Opening hours may change, so guests are advised to contact reception prior to arrival.
