The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would come back with our kids and grandkids given the ease of pool an

Liked: The location on the beach was phenomenal! Pool beachside and a bar there added to it.

Disliked: No beach towels or beach umbrellas provided and poolside lounges were very low with no other options available like chairs and tables.

Liked: Location and room view is amazing!

Disliked: The room didn't have Air Conditioning so we needed to have the room windows opened all day and night covered by the window shades. The room was very hot and made our nights uncomfortable. A 4 star hotel for a summer vacation needs to have air conditioning in their rooms...

Bland accomodation in dire need of a facelift. Redeemed in part by the beachfront location.by proximity to Biarritz

Liked: Very friendly, efficient staff without exception. Located on the beach, close to Biarritz.

Disliked: Very basic service. Breakfast was bland. Rooms are not cleaned during a four night stay. Bedding is tired. The place is enormous and I spent a lot of time pulling luggage around corridors and up and down staircases.

Amazing location, locals friendly and staff at the hotel amazing

Liked: The staff were amazing especially Cecilia on the front desk, helped me find a dentist and speak to them and make sure we arrived okay. Always willing to help and always had a smile on her face - Amazing lady and should get rewarded for her excellence. The food was changed every night and was amazing and the staff in the restaurant worked non stop and hard throughout dinner and the chefs were also on hand to give you the food needed in case it wasn’t available. Top staff thank you all.

Disliked: The rooms are a bit tired and are in need of a make over - simple changes would go along way and I know air con would help in the summer which is a bigger task to carry out.
