Liked: I had a clean, quiet room in a nice part of town near the central attractions and beach in Biarritz. I liked how easy it was to walk to the beach and how close it was to so many restaurants. Jacques, from the hotel staff, was very helpful and explained how to orient myself in the town. He gave me a nice map. The room was lovely and I was very satisfied. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no mini-fridge, mini-bar. I haven't been in a hotel that didn't have this until I stayed here.

  Happy in Biarritz

Liked: The rooms are comfortable. We did not have the breakfast that was €15 as we decided to eat out in Biarritz. The hotel is clean, pretty central (5mins walk to the main streets &see front) and the staff are wonderful. Extremely helpful and happy to help were they can.
