  Liked: Location is great

Disliked: For this price I expect cleaner bathroom, beds could be softer. It would be nice to have charger next to the bed.

Liked: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff

Disliked: One of the elevators was broken on the day of our departure, so we had to carry our bags down one floor via the stairs, which wasn't very convenient

Liked: Location great. 10 minutes walk to Biarritz Grand Plage. Surrounded by lots of nice restaurants

Disliked: The main lift-3 people max and it broke down. We were on the 5th floor and had to climb the spiral staircase when we returned from a night out.

Pricy but good rooms, friendly staff, and outstanding location

Liked: The location is outstanding - you're less than 5 minutes from the beachfront, and right on a busy place with multiple restaurants. The rooms were a good size (outstanding size by French standards, which tends to be cramped), and the bathrooms were large.

Disliked: The main lift was broken while were there. It's the one thing that pulled down slightly. There is a second lift, but it required going up a floor and through several corridors to get to. Other than that, it was fairly expensive for rooms without views, though mitigated by the outstanding location.

  Easy biarritz

Liked: Superb location to come out and be in the square with a magnificent view of the seas.

Disliked: Our self contained apartment was great enough room cooking and chilling was easy and we had two dogs. Staff were helpful no problem staying there again.
