  Would definitely recommend to friends and family

  Liked: Location was amazing. Clean, comfortable room with views to the ocean. Friendly, professional staff. Put a few things in a fridge for us. Walking distance to see the sites in Biarritz.

  Disliked: We would have liked a jug in the room to make a coffee or tea.

  Liked: Location sells this place: it's excellent. What's more, there was no noise from outside. The bed was fine. The luggage storage facility was appreciated.

  Disliked: Although quiet from the point of view of noise from outside, some of the other guests were ridiculously noisy: a loud party came in at 2 am and there was a lot of slamming of doors. And the rooms really are worn out. My room was small, which isn't a problem, but it was also very depressing. The wooden structural supports partially blocking the windows also don't help. In short, come for the location, but don't expect a pleasant room.

  Liked: horrible, not too many other words to describe horrible. Water pressure in the shower was good.

  Disliked: everything, not two rooms, no screens on the windows as there are tons of mosquitoes, they did provide mosquito repellent, bathroom was not a room as the toilet was inside the other room with a little folding door, shower was dirty and moldy
