OK for an overnight stay but wouldn’t want to stay more than one night!

Liked: It’s in a convenient location

Disliked: It’s getting a little tired, however the rooms are clean and well maintained, if not just a little in need of a freshen up and make over. I was quite late getting to the hotel, due to delays pass through Bordeaux. The night manager took an eternity to raise in the next door Campanile hotel, then was a little curt! The instructions for late check in were no where to be seen I rang the bell without response, then took to banging on the door, when he finally came to the door said there was a bell I said I had been ringing it and went off in huff!!

    A nightmare

Liked: Nothing to like - the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay at - hideous. You were better of finding a park bench somewhere...

Disliked: Had to wait at least 20 minutes at 10pm for the room to be cleaned. It wasnt as hairs everywhere in the shower etc. The staff forced us to try online checking 4-5 times before agreeing it wasn't working!! Id say a prison cell was more comfortable that this place. How such a glamorous town could have such a Hotel still operating. We stayed in a similar motel in the Airport on a previous occasion and it was basic but was clean, staff friendly and good enough rooms. DONT STAY HERE!!

Awful experience that you wood never expect in a place like Biarritz

Liked: There was nothing to like

Disliked: We were charged for a room that we never got access to, saying that we arrived late. That all happened after we communicated with the property both in English and French explaining that we are arriving late. They sent a self check i QR-code that supposed to work 24 hours a day and we still have not managed to get into room. The reception stuff demonstrated arrogance and simply ignored us

Not worth a penny. Sleep in your car if you can't find any other accommodation

Liked: Absolutely nothing. There was no receptionist. Check in had to be done in a computer at the entrance, which was not working. A helpful cleaning lady directed us to Campanile (who owns premiere classe) across the street to proceed with check in. Deplorable experience.

Disliked: Room was disgusting, dust and hair on floor and bathroom. Smelled horribly. Will never ever book again. Please rename this hotel chain "Last Classe" and not "Premiere" 1
