Perfect location and great space for a family base to explore Biarritz

Liked: Excellent location, could walk to shops, restaurants and beach very easily. Layout of apartment and facilities were perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. Plenty of storage space. Good cooking facilities and nice hot shower. Public transport very easy either way plenty of bus stops minutes walk away. Easy to get to airport and station on bus.

Disliked: Reception staff weren’t always present at the times advertised. Wasn’t the quietest as could hear kids and dogs in other rooms along the corridor. However didn’t keep us up at night.

Liked: Location was so central to everything. Our little home was very comfortable for our stay. The staff were amazing. We arrived after a long international flight during the hoursthat the frontdesk was closed. We were allowed in and within 10 minutes our apartment was made available to us, 4 hours before checking in! Absolutely delightful staff. Special thanks to Muriel, the head housekeeper, who made the room available for two exhausted travelers.
