  Decent location close to the beach, nice easy apartment for a week long stay

  Liked: Clean, decent size rooms, nice bath, all the kitchen utensils and amenities you could possibly ever need

  Disliked: Smell of curry in the hallway for the whole week stay; sleeping in the sofa bed in the main room was a little too noisy with either the fridge sound or some other electric sound

  Dissapointing

  Liked: Location, standard

  Disliked: The room next to us was cooking a very strong Indian curry which could be smelt as soon as we exited the lift of our floor. This room was right next to us, permeated into our room, for the whole stay. The staff didn't want to know.

  You'll be told to make your own bed and then need to strip it at the end - not 4 star

  Liked: Parking was good Room was spacious and clean, liked it apart from having to make our own bed and then strip it at the end But location was a bit far

  Disliked: The listing is for a studio apartment with only sofa beds and explicitly states the beds will be made up prior to arrival, when we arrived it wasn't done so I politely mentioned to reception and asked them to please prepare the bed, and was told it's not hard just make it yourself, I was given an extensive checkout list which includes stripping the beds. This is advertised as a 4 star stay so go ahead if you like to make and unmake your bed for the stay. Location was too far from everything had to walk 15 minutes into town every time which got old

  Convenient apartment, great location, friendly staff & amazing value for money

  Liked: This is a block of apartments not hotel. The location was fantastic as the number 11 bus that serves the airport stops very close to the property in both direction. There was a change of route during our stay and the staff put up notices to let the guests know which is a great idea. Just down the street you can find Carrefour Express and another mini market as well as a cafe (great coffee), boulangerie, wine shop, fishmonger etc and further up there are proper restaurants. It is also super close to the beach and main centre (the end of street meets Goyard). The staff were extremely friendly and explained things very clearly. The building had enough security measures that we felt safe. The room was cleaned well and it was a good size for two adults. There is AC. The property is equipped with everything you can imagine from laundry hanger to plates.

  Disliked: The pots and pans need replacing as there were a lot of scratches from previous guests using metal utensils. Once the coating is scratched toxins are released everytime you heat it so it's not healthy.

After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Reception opening hours during the summer season (excluding July and August) are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. In July and August, reception is open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. During the winter season, reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

Please note that the breakfast room is currently closed until further notice.

The price includes accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchenette), basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and application fees).

Guests also benefit from access to the hammam and/or sauna, available upon reservation at the reception desk.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

For all bookings including a meal plan, proof of identification for children will be required to verify their age.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
