  Not for anyone who is tall or has mobility issues

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: The room was absolutely tiny, and the bathroom was dangerous. There was a half bath with a shower that was practically impossible to get in and out of and if you are taller than 174cm (5”8) then you can’t even stand under it. The heating was on despite outside temperature being in the 20’s and there was no way to turn it off, so we had to keep the window open, which wouldn’t open more than a few centimetres because of the lack of space and of course we got bitten by mosquitoes. The breakfast was 18€ and was not good value for the price, we asked for an egg each but we only received one apparently we were expected to share it!

  Good hotel in excellent position for exploring the medieval city

  Liked: The location was perfect, the Deluxe room was good, the breakfast was expensive at €18 for a boiled egg, 1 mini Croissant,2 little squares of Brie cans some bread rolls, wouldn’t bother again. The Spa facility and out door pool were excellent, the bar and terrace were great

  Disliked: The breakfast could be better value, the website doesn’t make it clear that the hotel consists of separate buildings, the rooms we had were in an annexe that was only 3 stars, were as the central part is 4 stars, so the advertised room said tea & coffee, mini bar etc did not exist in our rooms nice hotel in an excellent position for exploring

  Reception & bar staff friendly and accommodating, great location to explore the city

  Liked: Great location, just outside an entrance to the medieval city. 10-15 minutes from station & airport by car/bus.

  Disliked: Rooms a bit small, and we didn’t appreciate that our hotel was not part of the main building.

  Friendly staff. Excellent location in the centre

  A great hotel, extremely well located and excellently managed

  Liked: A superb hotel, located just a few steps from the entrance to the Carcassonne Castle. The staff were efficient and very pleasant. My room was stylish, clean and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel

  Disliked: They did not have zero alcohol beer, my ONLY complaint
