Liked: Great location, fabulous breakfast, lovely staff

Disliked: The room was a little bit snug but we were only staying for 3 nights so it was fine for us.

Yeah it’s ok for the couple of nights I stayed due to it’s locality

Liked: Overall pretty fair. Liked the fact it was midway between the old medieval city and the centre of the new town. Airport accessibility was ok too.

Disliked: The bar area is a few limited drinks behind reception. The air conditioning in the room made a clicking room all night long. All channels on the tv were in French not one single news channel in any other European language.

Big standard hotel at Carcassonne prices

Liked: It was in Carcassonne but having said that nothing else stood out to justify the premium you have to pay to stop in Carcassonne. If you are on a stop over - choose another town as hotels and restaurants charge a premium for location. If you’re hanging around to see the sights then it might be worth it

Disliked: The room was pokey for the price. The room and bathroom are so small you have to say excuse me to move around each other. The parking is t easy to find ….. the instructions could be much better. The staff weren’t at all welcoming.
