  Great location

  Liked: La Caponnière was a little cool oasis. It was comfortable with a good shower and the kitchen has fine for our needs. We were on a quiet street just beyond the citadel with lovely restaurants and pedestrianised area very close. People were friendly. There was an epicérie nearby. I was very happy to stay here. Beds comfortable; rooms cool although it was 39’C outside.

  We loved our visit to Carcassone and our accommodation felt like a significant part of f that- putting us close to every

  Liked: Its location is excellent- both close to the old city and to the Flanneries. The view of the r from the top bedroom was stunning. The air conditioning made such a difference on these very hot days The beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean The communication with the team responsible for the accommodation was excellent. They were incredibly helpful and really quick to get back to any of our questions. They were also very accommodating about allowing us to leave luggage to collect later in the day on checkout day. That made a huge difference to our last day. Thank you!

  Disliked: In the kitchen area we only had the one bin bag given at the start of the stay. Has we known we would have brought another with us.

  A gem!

  Liked: The location was excellent and the inside was amazing. A beautiful view of the castle and an easy walk. The hosts were clear with communication about checking in and out and there was plenty of information provided.

  Great location, very accommodating staff and quick response to questions and lovely and simple accommodation
