Modern hotel with bar and good restaurant, located close to the Cité

Liked: Location 5 minutes walk to Carcassonne Cité, excellent staff, nice reception and bar area, quiet attractive garden to have a drink, very good inexpensive restaurant.

Disliked: The staff struggled to keep up with demand for breakfast items and the buffet area was really too small for the number of hotel guests.

  Exceptional accommodation with friendly staff

Liked: Location was fab and the room was very comfortable with thoughtful touches. The travel cot provided for our baby was also great.

Disliked: On the day we couldn’t park in the main hotel car park so had to park a bit further down the road and clear instructions weren’t provided so that was a little stressful however they did their best to make sure we got there in the end.
