  Wanted to visit Carcassonne for a long time and this property gave us a good location to do so

  Liked: Excellent location with good internet.

  Disliked: External appearance was poor and generally ready for a good clean and refresh inside. A very noisy wooden bed frame and headboard. Badly stained toilet. Unfortunately had some thoughtless neighbours upstairs who made the porch and entrance hallway smell very bad, sickening and marring our enjoyment.

  Very good, excellent location, very clean and comfortable

  Liked: Excellent location at the Pont Neuf. Very comfy bed and very clean property.

  Disliked: No fire escape exits.

  Liked: Location was great. Great value, generally well equipped.

  Disliked: Uncomfortable bed. WiFi didn’t seem to be working. Would be nice to have a bit of soap and washing up liquid left.

  Great appartment, good location, great host

  Liked: There was a small issue on arrival, when I contacted Clara she responded quickly and solved the issue. The location was great, close to the cité and close to the city.
