Fabulous
A wonderful stay in a beautiful location with exceptionally friendly staff
Liked: We loved everything about our stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel has a lovely restaurant and pleasant communal areas, and it is situated in a beautiful location. We also appreciated the coffee machine in the room with delicious coffee, the drinking water provided for guests, and the free parking.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was wonderful!
Liked: Great hotel with great amenities. The staff really varies in quality. The restaurant staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming. The reception staff rude and impolite. Too bad.
Nice accommodation, but a bit removed from the city
Liked: Rooms were spacious and the AC was nice in the extreme summer heat. Cute vibes in the lobby.
Disliked: it was a bit overpriced in our opinion - and the property was a bit out of the way. we didn't know about the shuttle into Chamonix when we were navigating to the hotel which would have helped.
Great value for the money
Liked: Good and clean hotel, great reception and very good breakfast. Free Shuttle bus to and from Chamonix makes a huge difference. We will come back
Liked: Excellent hotel! 5 minutes drive from Chamonix. We arrived at the hotel and chocolate and a welcome letter were waiting for us in the room. It was very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The children's playroom is amazing with lots of toys, open all the time. In addition, there are many board games in the lobby. The pool area, jacuzzi and sauna are open until late but with children you can stay there until 7 pm. Very varied and delicious breakfast. Green areas in the hotel courtyard with a stunning view. In addition, the hotel includes a free train ticket to nearby towns. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!
Disliked: The water in the pool is very cold.

Liked: Everything was perfect! We loved our stay! The customer service was fantastic! Everyone was kind and friendly:) Our room was great and we enjoyed the Spa area, the breakfasts and the pizza nights!
