Fabulous
We enjoyed chamonix
Liked: It was clean
Disliked: Fir a 4 star property there ought to be a bar fridge in the room - the TV’s Ariel kept disconnecting and when we arrived the reception staff were very brisk - felt like just another number. I think the green color throughout us too dark
Definitely recommended
Liked: Big room with very nice view, staff highly available and polite. All facilities available, decent spa and very centrally located.
Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows, bellow average breakfast. Also the temperature in the room during night wasn't comfortable.
Incredible views & food, close to the town center, and with a relaxing spa for post-tour relaxation
Liked: Everything was phenomenal - the incredible views from the room and balcony, the food, the spa, and the accommodations in general. The staff were beyond friendly, especially the servers at dinner and spa workers. I treated myself to the lowest cost massage they offered, and it was one of the best massages I've ever gotten - not just relaxing, but truly therapeutic. We reserved the half-board, so our breakfasts and dinners were covered by the hotel, and all were delicious. We looked most forward to finding out what the amuse bouche would be each night, as it was always delicious, and I don't think I will ever stop dreaming about the Verrine du Mont-Blanc dessert. We were so pleased about every single piece of our stay, and would highly recommend staying here!
Disliked: There is not a thing that could have been better. It was a truly luxurious experience, and at a reasonable cost. I hope to be back someday soon.
Liked: The amazing décor in the hotel foyer and breakfast.room.. Was to die for And the bumchairs were brilliant and the trees holding the building up We're fake, but great. Extremely close to the railway station. And town centre. Breakfast was large and great.
Disliked: The spa, which we were looking forward to getting into, was not a thermal spa, but rather a chlorinated swimming pool. however, the facilities all around it were top class.

Please note that the rooms are located in 2 buildings separated by an alley.
Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.
Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.
Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.
Animals are welcome in our bar and restaurant when there is no buffet. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
