Liked: Accommodation is well located and close to the city

Disliked: The apartment was dirty both inside and out. Furthermore, the shower drain was clogged, which prevented us from showering or using the washing machine with young children (7 years old, 20 months old, and 7 months old) during a period of extreme cold. In addition, the appartement's heating wasn't working, particularly in the two bedrooms. Finally, while looking for a child's toy behind the sofa, we stumbled upon a pair of women's underwear, and the whole appartement had a strong, unpleasant smell of stale tobacco... This is unacceptable behavior from the property manager, who promised us a refund and compensation.

  Only the location is good

Liked: the location was very good

Disliked: The cleanliness of the floor and the shower was terrible. We informed we were in 4 adults and 2 kids, there were only 2 couple beds and 4 towels. We asked for a cob and it was not there... Also it was not informed that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and we had stroller and elder people who had a lot of difficulty to go up.
