  Lovely location, close to transport links

  Liked: The hotel was in an excellent location. Right by bus stops and train station. Walking distance to the main square is around 15 minutes. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned lovely, every day of my stay. Room overlooked the front of the hotel with a nice balcony. Even though close to the train station, I could barely hear them from the room with windows closed.

  Disliked: I had to go to reception and request milk everyday, it doesn't seem to get left with the tea and coffee refreshments. My TV wasn't working on first day.

  just okay

  Liked: The restaurant in the building exceeded our expectations

  Disliked: The 'privilige' room just under the roof was very disappointing and not at all as on the website. We complained -after we had already installed ourselves in the room - and we got another room, much more to our liking. So the reception's reaction was good, but they should not sell these top floor rooms with a foto attached to it of a much nicer room. The floor area of the hotel looks very much like a decor. The lobby area is just a large rectangular room, not very well equipped, you had to order drinks at the reception and had to pay them immediately to the waiter from the restaurant (could not be charged to the room) who had to come over to deliver. The restaurant in the building is closed on Sunday.

  Could be better. Great location, shame no bar

  Liked: Location was good, and staff very friendly and helpful

  Disliked: Property, parts are dated. No bar, order drinks at reception to drink in a room with no atmosphere. Room had separate toilet to bathroom, not functional or hygienic. Small bed in room

  Really enjoyable-old city is stunning

  Liked: Lovely hotel - in the process of being refurbished so still an old world feel about some it. However, really enjoyed our stay and staff were excellent. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the free bus wasn’t running, but we managed no problem.

  Disliked: No shops or eateries very close by - had to go into old town to get some choice but it was fine and would definitely stay again.
