  Great location to explore Colmar. Expect street noises because old town is kept spotless

  I would enjoy stay if not the service. If something broken - it will not be fixed

  Liked: The location is good, near the Little Venice, apartment in real life looks the same as on pictures and nice.

  Disliked: We could not get keys from the lock box. The door to the bathroom was not closing properly, leaving a 15 cm gap. Fan on the ceiling broke in 2 days and was not repaired despite the heat wave. I have never in my life called customer support so many times, with zero effect. After customer support said: "we contacted a responsible person, someone will come today to check" - no one came, the door was in the same condition all our stay, fan not fixed. Oh, and we could not connect to Wi-Fi because Wi-Fi name in instruction message was wrong. After some time we did connect to Wi-Fi as we found another instruction in the folder on the table, so we had 2 different instructions. To check out - the same issue with lock box. Customer support 24/7 was not answering until 9:00 (AM)

  Nice facility, but the host tries to make the quick money with some tricks

  Liked: Was beautiful and good quality furniture. Ideal location.

  Disliked: 1. The internet was not working the entire stay. Not at all. 2. The process of checking in is completely inappropriate. You need to make a money deposit. Then you are expected to do an inventory and check of everything and report then, otherwise it’s your responsibility. I don’t want to count forks and scratches in my holiday. That’s your job dear landlord! 3. You check in at 16h and have to leave before 10h. Otherwise it comes with a hefty price tag. Hence you get 25% less value for your money on that day. Overall: it’s a nice facility. But it is obviously that that catoon business guys are trying to make a lot of money quick money on the clients back. I am expected to do their job and pay for each extra, while they don’t deliver the promised and you don’t get any discounts.

  Fantastique - magical apartment in a magical town

  Liked: Clos de Bartholdi is entirely charming - an amazing apartment, beautifully appointed, super comfortable bed, delightful view, very clean, and spacious, including a modern bathroom with large shower space with powerjet. It's simply perfect - great location with an easy walk from the train station, situated right at the edge of the Petit Venise, and tucked away from the crowds, in a quiet little square. We were enchanted - both by Clos de Bartholdi and Colmar - and can't recommend highly enough... feel very privileged to have stayed in this beautiful spot.

  Disliked: Simply nothing to fault!

  Disliked: Deposit, you will not get it back. Early check out: at 10 am!!! Late check in: at 4 pm. Bath room in bad condition. Narrow bed.
