  Liked: The rooms are big and its layout and decor is very nice, it has all the makings of an amazing 5 star hotel, except for the clean aspect!

  Disliked: The common areas were ok clean, but the room was dirty the carpet on the floor sticky, right on the door of our room there were clumps of hair and bubble gum wrapper and general dust. The bathroom was stinky beyond believe, the towels smelt bad. It felt like I’m the room was barely cleaned before we came, especially so the bathroom.

  Disliked: Sofa bed was terrible, main double bed was uncomfortable and the pillows are the worst. Breakfast is the exact same every single day. They were slow putting stuff out in our last day we had to wait quite a bit for pastry’s, juice etc…

  Lovely and comfortable stay which we enjoyed

  Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. It was exceptionally cleaned. We got vegetarian food. The bus to and fro Disneyland was a bonus and so helpful. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast had a great selection for vegetarians.

  Disliked: Loved the hotel so nothing we didn’t like to be honest.

  Good for a short 3-4 days to visit Disneyland parks

  Liked: Good location, good food and service

  Disliked: just try to live up to the name but it’s outdated now, can be much better … walls scratched by trafic with suitcases and a bit dampness if the rooms if air conditioner isn’t working, no water in the rooms for the price they charge per night
