Good
Staff were helpful and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay
Liked: Lovely staff A nice evening buffet but a little pricey
Disliked: Blood on the pillow Unclean toilet in both rooms No room on the shuttle bus that serves to many hotels.
Enjoyed the stay just wished the room would of been cleaner
Liked: Good location good for kids
Disliked: Wasn’t that clean and the rooms very hot
Would stay again staff were welcoming
Liked: Shuttle bus to park although it’s chaos on the way back
Disliked: No touch of Disney in the rooms, bathroom was dated and needed upgrade, no iron and no bin
Convenient location and a comfortable stay
Liked: The transfer to Disneyland was frequent and didn’t take long. When you arrive at the hotel it all looks very nice. Great play area and pool for kids.
Disliked: Food and drinks were expensive. Had to buy bottled water for room and bottled water was expensive.
Third time staying here while visiting Disneyland. Will stay again!
Liked: Free shuttle to the Disney Parks is great Very clean and good sized rooms Breakfast had good options
Liked: The room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. The buffet restaurant offered an amazing variation of food.
Disliked: The room needs more lighting. The second bedroom entering into the main bedroom was awkward, especially if the occupant needed to use the toilet during the night. The toilet is poorly placed backing on to the bedroom instead of being in the bathroom. The shuttle service to disney was often overcrowded and was sometimes too full to get on as it services too many hotels.
