  Liked: Lovely accommodation in an old cobbled street. Food in hotel delicious.

  Disliked: Stayed here twice, 1st time we parked in the hotel car park and walked with numerous pieces of luggage to the annex. We were shattered. 2nd time we took an overnight night bag and left the rest in the car, that worked brilliantly.

  Nice cozy room in historic building

  Liked: The bed mattress was firm and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The shower worked well, and the water was strong and hot. Nothing to complain about.

  Disliked: The walk from the main hotel was on cobblestones. Pretty annoying with luggage. Instructions to find the place wasn't clear enough.

  Would stay again!

  Liked: Very cute house right in the heart of the village. We stayed in the top room under the roof, it was so pretty and cozy and a great view. The breakfast is at the main Hotel, its good enough but nothing special. There is a cute courtyard at the main hotel where you eat well and can get a little piece and quiet.

  Disliked: The room was clean overall but most corners were full of webs and floor could have been mopped a bit better. We were given another room first which we didn’t like but luckily they let us change. The bed throughs seemed a bit dated.

  Unexpected experiences

  Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Once we finally did get to our room, the view of the little street was quite charming--loved being able to ppl watch from our room.

  Disliked: I did not find the website to be clear about the distance from some of the rooms to the check in office/breakfast room. Be forewarned that the check in office is a 7 minute walk through the charming town of Eguisheim. Allergens in the hotel room. I want to love this hotel and if you don't suffer with allergies or walking to breakfast/check in/check out, then this is a charming place. I didn't sleep well due to allergens in the room--they were alleviated whenever we left the room. We also had key issues with the main door which made us miss a bus to Colmar. Sadly there were several inconvenient challenges during our stay.
