  We loved the stay

  Liked: Peaceful, clean and very friendly staff!

  Disliked: Appartments are a bit outdated and had mosquitos.

  Near pretty village

  Liked: Good location, easy 5 minute walk to Eguishiem and convenient for exploring the beautiful villages around. Glorious weather and the pool and garden were a great asset. There's a good washing machine to use, 5 euros and no soap needed. It was quiet and a lovely area to walk around in the evening.

  Disliked: Our first apartment smelled of stale cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking resort. We did manage to change to a better one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small and there was only 2 of us in an apartment for 6. The one roll of toilet paper! Don't arrive before 4pm. There is a barrier and no staff to let you in until 4pm. Some parking spaces are small, you can ask for a bigger one. No cupboard space for food but a decent large fridge, microwave and 4 electric hot plates.

  Lovely holiday complex in traditional Alsace style with well equiped apartments

  Liked: Lovely holiday complex in traditional Alsace style with well equiped apartments. Pets were welcome and we had a lovely view from the terrace. Good location to discover the area and evening walks in Eguisheim were a lovely after dinner activity.

  Disliked: Underground parking was only available for lower cars (without roof box) and we did not know this in advance but there were outdoor spaces available within the gates so we did not have a parking issue.

  Liked: The pool and the location was great. The stuff was nice.

  Disliked: The facilities are a little old. The rooms were very small. After two days we were out of toilet paper and then we were told that we need to buy it ourselves. We had only one night left.

  Good location. Facilities basic but ok

  Disliked: The toilet smelled strongly of urine. I think it was the wooden flooring in there. The wash basin in the bathroom did not run away

Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 08:45 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe stated in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

The price includes accommodations, all taxes and charges (excluding city tax and application fees), bed linen, towels (one bath towel and one hand towel), one dish towel, one bath mat, a cleaning kit, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes). Please note that beds are not made upon arrival; this service is available at an additional cost. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment. The baby kit costs €45 per week or €33 per short stay, or €12 per item when rented individually.
