  Super

Long wished for holiday to France

Liked: Most unfriendly, unhelpful staff, disregard Alex's, Everything was so much bother for them, Felt like we, as guests, were such an inconvenience, rooms are awful, so so small, House keeping was consistent if they could have remembered replace towels & perhaps top up toiletries, Would never stay here again or recommend,

  Lovely stay in La Rochelle

Liked: We stayed for a week in this hotel and it was great. Excellent location under 10 minutes from train and bus station, centre and beach. The pool area was great with sunbeds and parasols which were always available. Meals and drinks in the hotel were reasonable and nice. All Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. There is a delicious bakery 2 minutes awa if you don’t want to pay hotel prices for breakfast or lunch. Filtered water available on all floors. I’d definitely book this hotel again when we return.
