Very good
Liked: Everything. Nice welcoming, well equipped, tea/coffee facility in room.
Disliked: Genius member would expect at least a free parking or a free breakfast but the value for $ was good.
Liked: The only problem is that there is no air conditioning for the rest all good

Liked: Excellent functional hotel in le puy that served well for preparing for the Camino du puy. The staff was so kind and helpful. I had a big suitcase and was incredibly grateful for the elevator. They even offered to keep my suitcase while I walked four days. Staff was so friendly. Room was spotless and bed super comfortable. Excellent location near the beautiful park for strolls in the morning and evening. Away from the sometimes chaotic central part of le puy but only five minutes walk and an easy walk to the cathedral to start the GR65.
Disliked: The only thing yo be aware of is that the hotel faces the street. I had a side room that did not have much street noise, and that was fine.
Liked: We had a very comfortable room, the location was great, easy walking distance to the town and the buffet breakfast was good.
Disliked: We only looked at properties with air-conditioning due to the current heat wave but the air-conditioning unit in our room only appeared to operate as a fan that itself got hot and just circulated hot air in the room. We would have been cooler by just opening the window - our room felt to be several degrees hotter that the corridors, reception and breakfast area. Maybe the unit was broken as it did beep when you pressed the cooler button - if we'd stayed more than 1 night we would have spoken to the staff about it.
Liked: Great location for visiting old city.
Disliked: Room were too hot, no air-conditioning.
