Liked: Small, clean, unpretentious hotel, centrally located (two minutes walking from Place Graslin), yet in a superquiet street and easy to reach by tram from the central station. Pleasant, helpful and guest-friendly staff. Good breakfast

  Disliked: No elevator

Liked: Breakfast was great, and people were so nice. Also it is an old-style hotel, very charming.

Liked: Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to facilitate extra requests, e.g. early check in. Stayed there to attend a gig at the Zenith Nantes. Two minute walk to the train that goes there, perfect. Highly recommended. I will stay there again. Great rates as well.
