  A very good choice

  Liked: Staff here were very pleasant & efficient - it was good to be able to have a pint in the bar downstairs after a day's wandering about. Whilst my room faced the rear, overlooking the beer garden, there was never any disturbed sleep as the area is I think cleared by 23:00 at the latest. The wifi was excellent as was the mattress. It's right beside a tram stop too.

  Disliked: Personally I had no issue with the place's distance from the city centre as the trams are regular + if you wanted to walk some/part of the way there are places of interest to see along it, but location is the only point which comes to mind as being a possible negative for some travellers.

  Very good value for money

  Liked: Modern, clean, friendly staff, good restaurant and just opposite to tram There are nice additional touches (funny messages around the room, bottle of filtered water included)

  Disliked: A bit isolated and not in the best part of the town The facade is a bit worn down and does not reflect the quality of the hotel
