  Fantastic base to explore Nantes

Liked: Great location (between train starion and centre) in an modernised room with very comfortable bed. 24 hour reception and ability to store luggage was a plus. Staff all very helpful. Room 22 had lift access and nice outlet towards the castle/city centre. Shower was hot with great pleasure.

Disliked: More an FYI - it is a simple room with basics for an overnight stay. There is no kettle or fridge. The shower was in a bathtub in our room - quite high to step in and out of and no safety rails.

Didn’t really enjoy our stay. Won’t be saying again!

Liked: Proximity to the train station and walking distance to the old town.

Disliked: After asking if gluten free options would be available for breakfast and was told yes - the only gluten free item was bread! I paid for a full breakfast for just a piece of toast!
