Liked: Staff were friendly & efficient, room was a good size and the bed was comfy. We particularly liked the ‘Club’ room where you could help yourself to coffee, water etc and snacks at any time!

Liked: Very nice, centrally located hotel. Rooms are very small though so you need be aware of that. But very clean and service was wonderful.

Liked: Small bed and weird bathroom. Kinda Japanese style but this gets water all over the sink area and the toilet area.

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely try to stay at another okko hotel if possible. Efficient and clean room, and the free extras in the private lounge were really a change from the usual hotel operating models. The only issue was with a hair-plugged shower drain. I suggested to the person at reception servicing this item every couple of days. Otherwise I couldn't be more satisfied.
