  Nice hotel for a short stay

  Liked: The room was well organized, clean, we found everything for a short stay. We also appreciated that they offered drinks and some food in the reception because we arrived very late. The staff was friendly and helpful.

  Very Comfortable well equipped studio with views of the river close to the centre of Nantes

  Liked: Beautifully located on the river near to the center of town, the space was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Easy to park the car closeby, and the reception staff were congenial.

  Disliked: Bedbugs in the bed, I got several bites on my body and mentioned to Philip only at the end because I didn’t think the other hotel beds would be any different 😩

  I can't really understand the four-star rating. Other hotels in Nantes offer significantly better value for money

  Liked: The staff is always eager to help and exceptionally friendly.

  Disliked: The parking garage is not directly accessible from the hotel. Unfortunately, the path leading there is quite run-down and doesn't seem very safe in the evenings. The furnishings are worn and show signs of water damage. It was also quite noticeable that the previous guest had a dog. The view from the 8th floor would be nice, but unfortunately, the windows haven't been cleaned in a long time. Worst was the breakfast. An hour before closing, everything was gone; only a few slices of toast remained. At the coffee machine wasn’t even a single cup. So we had breakfast outside, although we paid for it.
