  great location- good base

Liked: Much better than I expected from the reviews I had read, kitchen is basic but that's all we needed. Location is great, take away options great. Supermarket opposite. Its a 3 stat hotel and that's exactly what you got. I will definitely choose to stay there again if we visit the Palais des Expositions. Beds were fine.

Nice, calm, clean, easy to find and close to the train station

Liked: The locations and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff, particularly the breakfast waiter each day were wonderful.

Disliked: The breakfast room location would better suit the foyer/games area adjacent to reception. They have done their best to make the breakfast room feel comfortable but it felt like it was hidden away too much.

  A lovely time in Nice

Liked: Check in was easy, the front desk was lovely. The room was as expected and described. The pool on the roof was a great respite for us and the kids during the hot summer. We did go down to the foreshore and swim at the beach but the pool was just easy and convenient. The place was, clean and tidy with all the amenities it listed. Bathroom was clean and modern. Location was amazing. 2-3 blocks to the nearest tram stop. Maybe 2-3 stops to everything you want from Nice. Old Town and the Promenade. It made dinner and exploring so easy with the kids. We definitely want to come back to Nice, 3 days was not enough.

Liked: Location was good and staff were friendly.

Disliked: Shower head water pressure was low and could need some improvement. The mattress felt old and was due for replacement.
