  Great location and helpful staff Would stay again

  Liked: Location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a couple of day trips that started before the breakfast was open at 8 am so they made us a pre packed breakfast for the next day which was amazing. Very nice staff! Would definitely stay there again and hope to in the future!

  Liked: Stayed the second time - love the Aparthotel. Very friendly and supportive staff, helped to pay and check in after-hours late at night. Spacious and clean room with well-equipped kitchen. Downtown location, with elevator.

  Safety Concerns Followed by Pressure and Threats Over My Honest Review

  Disliked: (Updated October 16, 2026) After my original review, AMMI’s front desk repeatedly called me and threatened to charge me for nights I didn’t stay if I refused to remove my review, prompting me to reduce my rating from 2 stars to 1. Rather than addressing the serious security incident and lack of reception availability that made us feel unsafe, management has pressured me over sharing my honest experience—an unprofessional response that prospective guests should consider. (Oct 10, 2026) Serious safety concerns; disappointing apartment I would give Ammi Aparthotel 1 star, but I am leaving 2 stars because the front desk staff were considerate and understanding when we raised our concerns. On our first morning, at 6:50 AM, a stranger entered the corridor, spoke loudly on his phone, and repeatedly knocked on our door. He spoke to me in French and asked me in English to call the police. The situation was alarming, and I was genuinely concerned for the safety of my family. I called reception at 7:20 AM and also sent a WhatsApp message, but received no response. After 8 AM, reception explained that the individual had entered the building accidentally while looking for another apartment and had been taken away by ambulance. This incident seriously undermined our confidence in the building’s security. If strangers can enter the premises, it raises questions about the value of paying for accommodation where we do not feel safe. We requested a refund, and to their credit, the front desk staff understood our concerns and refunded the remaining four nights. We checked out immediately and moved to another hotel. Beyond the safety incident, the apartment itself did not live up to the photos. Our room felt dated and lacked the decor and inviting atmosphere shown in the listing. It appears that only some of the rooms are renovated and if you are lucky you get one. If you are traveling with family, I recommend choosing a hotel with a 24-hour front desk and stronger on-site security.

The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Please note that the property only accepts pets weighing 10 kg or less. They can be accommodated for EUR 10 per pet per night.
