Liked: It’s a 15 minute walk from Terminal one. You can take the tram for seven euros. No hotel shuttle available. Hotel is located in a relatively poor neighborhood. Expect to find people begging on the streets. Hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast was not very appetizing.

Liked: Given the cost of the room, this was very good value for money. We were pilgrims requiring access to the Basilica which was only a 15 minute walk away. The location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful and the staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and tasty which all led to a very pleasant say with comfortable beds and bathroom facilities

Liked: Basic room, but all that I needed... good bed, good shower, and good TV. The hotel very near to Park Phoenix tram stop which made easy to get to from the airport and easy to cheaply get to Nice centre. The breakfast was great value and good quality. I would definitely stay there again.
