  Was value for money

  Liked: Great location

  Disliked: No air con so was very hot in the room at night so slept with the windows open but then got bitten by bugs.

  Good value hotel that helps put the nice into Nice

  Liked: Ideal location for Palais des Expositions and most other parts of Nice. Friendly staff with good English skills. Option to have breakfast in the hotel starting at 6am - not used but appreciate the early start time if needed. Great transport connections with tramway lines 1-3 a short walk from the property. Check out until 12 noon with easy process.

  Disliked: Room felt slightly small for the size, bathroom door didn't have ability to lock and could slide too far removing the privacy needed for a bathroom. Hotel air con set to hot despite 20+ degrees weather with no ability on staff part to override this. Single lift serving 8 floors is a bit cramped when first arriving with luggage. Vending machines only take coins up to €2.

  Disliked: Room on main room Smells of cigarettes coming up and noisy. The decor had seen better days. Everything looked grubby. The staff were pleasant

  Great location, but the hotel could use some updating

  Liked: The room was as advertised, it was cleaned and the towels were changed daily. Great location - within walking distance of the city center, with several restaurants downstairs, easy access to bus stops, and a tram stop not too far away. The hotel has a luggage storage area, so we could easily leave our things after check-out. The huge orange cat who lives on the terrace is a real charm:)

  Disliked: The hotel felt rather dated and could use an upgrade. There weren’t enough hooks in the bathroom to properly dry all three towels. Breakfast was sufficient but slightly lacked variety for a four-day stay, especially for those who don’t prefer bread

  Liked: The hotel is amazing little run down and dated. The view from the 8th floor was stunning. The location was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

  Disliked: Air-conditioning very noisey rooms very small and bath room was right next to bed so not much privacy
