  Nice in Nice

Liked: Location is block and half from the promenade and beach. Great haircut down below and lots of restaurants and shops around.

Better than expected — great location and service, just a few minor things that could be improved

Liked: Better than expected! Very good location, and the apartment had plenty of space and felt secure once inside. There was even a sun umbrella and beach towels available, which was a nice touch. Communication with the establishment was smooth and easy throughout. Highly recommended!

Disliked: The elevator is extremely small The towels had an odour I didn’t appreciate, and the couch was stained

All good except a nasty sewage gas smell

  Liked: Location, size, and price

Disliked: A terrible smell of sewer gas in the bathroom made our stay uncomfortable. Probably caused by a non-functioning water trap. We think the apartment was decent and the price was fair, but the terrible smell ruined our total experience!
