  Liked: Good location really close to the train station, nice common area with tables to eat and work, room and bathroom well maintained. The beds have curtains that help with the privacy.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the card used for my reservation was not working, and the hotel staff member refused to proceed with my check-in. I made several genuine attempts to resolve the issue and offered multiple alternatives, including: * Paying the full amount in cash. * Providing another valid payment card. * Making a new reservation. Unfortunately, the staff member refused all of these solutions and failed to offer any reasonable alternative, leaving me unable to check in despite my willingness to pay and resolve the matter immediately. This experience caused me considerable inconvenience, frustration, and disruption to my travel plans. I believe the situation could have been handled professionally, with a reasonable effort to assist a guest rather than simply refusing all available solutions. I therefore request: 1.
